Things We Love About Our Neighborhood & Location:

• Lake Washington School District is one of the top-rated school districts in the state. The local elementary, middle, and high schools all have excellent rankings and are within a few miles of the home. The bus stop is just one block away which makes it very safe and convenient.

• We are fortunate to live close to both Issaquah and Redmond – actually almost exactly half-way in between. There are so many conveniently located stores and shops located in Issaquah, Redmond, and Sammamish – no matter what we need, it is only a few minutes away.

• It is so comforting to live in a neighborhood that is as safe and secure as this neighborhood is.

• We are surrounded by so many beautiful trees – mostly cedar trees. Even though we live in a major metropolitan area the trees provide a feeling of living in the mountains.

• The neighborhood is filled with so many friendly neighbors and families. One of our favorite neighborhood events was having a block party a few years ago for Cinco-de-Mayo. Almost everyone in the whole neighborhood came and enjoyed each other’s company.
